Parkway Offices are located on Könyves Kálmán boulevard, in one of the most dynamically developing parts of Budapest, near one of the largest contiguous green areas of the city. From the side of Népliget the center, the Liszt Ferenc airport, furthermore the M5 and other highways too are all easy and fast to reach. Thanks to the closeness of metro line 3, tramline 1 and the Volánbusz bus station Parkway Offices favor also those preferring public transport.
Besides Váci street, this is the other area of Budapest famous of being a dynamically developing office road. In the past few years Hungarian State Railways (MÁV), Allianz and Hungarian Telekom have found their new headquarters here, while several new rental-office developments were realized or are under preparation.
The ‘A’ category office building was realized in two phases on 26.300 sqm and completed in the middle of 2009, satisfying even the highest quality expectations. Following the completion of the project, Raiffeisen Real Estate Fund purchased Parkway Offices from the investor.
