Logstar Park Budapest Városkapu

LogStar Park Budapest Városkapu offers a strategic location as it is situated in Budapest’s 15th District, 10 km northeast of the city centre.

The site is connected to national and international traffic networks by motorways M0 and M3, which are 1–3 minutes from the site. An active business life characterizes the surroundings as several logistics, commercial, and service providers are in the area.

LogStar Park Budapest Városkapu has four buildings; the first build-to-suit (BTS) building built in 2022 was constructed for DPD, and three more buildings were completed during 2022–2023. The 5,500 m2 “A”, 8,800 m2 “B”, and 14,500 m2 “C” buildings were speculatively built and rented out to our customers after completion. We still have spaces in these buildings waiting for their tenants.

LogStar Park West Gate offers a strategic location as it is situated six kilometres from the border of Budapest city, between the M0-M1-M7 motorways, just off the M1 motorway.

This excellent location ensures easy access from the capital and a direct link to westbound traffic. An active business life characterizes the surroundings as several logistics, commercial, and service providers are in the area. In addition to the existing 7 logistics halls, we are developing an 8,200 m2 logistics building in the West Gate area of LogStar Park, which is expected to be handed over in November 2023. Areas in the building can be rented starting at 1,000 m2.

It is located next to Székesfehérvár, five kilometres from the city centre, in the Szabadbattyán settlement. The site is connected to national and international traffic networks by motorway M7, four minutes from the site.

An active business life characterizes the surroundings as several logistics, commercial, and service providers are in the area. LogStar Park Fehérvár covers 1,000,000 m2 of land, on which 450,000 m2 of buildings can be built. The construction of the area’s public works and road connections has begun, and we have a building permit for our first 18,000 m2 building.
